Anthony Quinones
Anthony Quinones is an accomplished security executive with more than 35 years of experience in private security, risk management, and fire and life safety. He has led large-scale security operations across commercial, government, and institutional environments, with expertise in operational compliance, crisis response, workforce development, and risk mitigation.
As Vice President of Security at Alliance Security, Anthony oversees operations for more than 80 properties and a workforce exceeding 1,400 security professionals. He provides executive oversight of field operations, Mission Support, and the company's 24/7 Fusion Center. He also conducts Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessments and advises clients on strategies to strengthen security, emergency preparedness, and service continuity.
Anthony's leadership foundation includes eight years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Sergeant and supported security operations, weapons training, logistics, and overseas deployments.
He is a New York State designated Security Guard Training School Director and holds credentials in Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment, Fire and Life Safety, interview and interrogation, active-shooter preparedness, and workplace security. He also completed the Professional Security Management Program at John Jay College and maintains active affiliations with leading security, fire-safety, law-enforcement, and emergency-management organizations.
