Proactive Prevention Programs 

In addition to serving as a deterrent to crime, our crime prevention programs offer our clients peace of mind. For example, our crime assessment surveys analyze individual space and common building space for security vulnerabilities and unauthorized building access. Additionally, these surveys analyze your property statistically to identify geographic-based criminal indicators that may result in increased security risks. When necessary, we recommend procedures and security systems, including technical equipment such as CCTV, alarms, lighting, locks, and access control systems designed to minimize security risk. Upon request, our crime prevention workshops are available for building management personnel and client tenants.
