Willow Marcon

Willow is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Alliance, joining the team in 2023. She has grown her Human Resources and Talent Acquisition expertise at companies including Google, Amazon, and Bloomberg over the last 16 years. With a strong focus on scalability, innovation, and customer service, Willow's goal is to ensure Alliance continues to raise the bar for our clients and partners.

Willow holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University–Shreveport and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. She achieved her SHRM-SCP certification in Strategic HR Leadership and holds additional HR certifications from Cornell University.

Willow is a board member of her family's ranch in Montana, the Grant-Kohrs Ranch National Historic Site, which strives to tell the cattle-ranching story of the American West. She is also a volunteer for various charitable organizations and non-profits supporting the arts, including the annual white tie Quadrille Ball and the New Brunswick Museum.
