Sharolyn Rodriguez

Vice President of Financial Operations

Sharolyn Rodriguez began her career at Alliance in 2007.   Sharolyn is a key member of the Financial Management team and the Alliance Leadership Team across all divisions. She oversees the Company's Financial Operations, including corporate reporting, RFP responses, and Union Benefit payments. Always eager to share her knowledge, Sharolyn is the person our divisions turn to for advice and strategies on improving the division's financial performance.

Sharolyn Rodriguez began her career at Alliance in 2007. Her growth within Alliance provides the organization with a superstar who drives change and transformation in multiple functional areas.

When Sharolyn joined Alliance as an Operations Administrator in 2007, she began implementing new processes to automate the replacement labor process. Shortly thereafter, she transitioned to the Accounting department, where she focused on automation projects. In addition, Sharolyn played a pivotal role in implementing software for stadium operations and training administrators on-site. In 2011, Sharolyn's promotion to the Finance department as a financial analyst expanded her responsibility. It permitted her to contribute to the company's financial operations and functions that drive its growth and strategy to create seamless operations. In 2013 Sharolyn was promoted to Finance Manager, responsible for managing Budget and Financial Analysts and managing budgets, RFPs, P&L analysis, and assisting the company's profitability. In 2018, due to her strong work ethic, dedication, follow-up, and attention to detail, Sharolyn was promoted to Director of Finance, further elevating her responsibilities as she worked with all levels of management to meet company profitability goals.

As of January of 2023, Sharolyn serves as our Vice President of Financial Operations, working closely with the Operations and Accounting departments to develop profitable plans for all existing accounts.

Sharolyn is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Legal Studies.
