Ray Yueh

Senior Vice President, Operations

Ray began his career at Alliance in 2008 as an Analyst in the Finance Department. His strength in understanding labor management and job analysis, combined with his exceptional attention to detail, has made Ray invaluable to Alliance, resulting in his progressive growth within Alliance. In 2012 Ray was promoted to the position of Director of Operations.   His overall impact on the operations soon led to the expansion of this role. He eagerly took on additional responsibilities in 2017 when promoted to Vice President of Operations, where he assumed all oversight of janitorial operations.

As Vice President of Operations, Ray demonstrated an exceptional ability for industry forecasting, budget management, labor relations, and the development and implementation of policies and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization. In addition, his finance background and knowledge of operations enable him to implement processes that drive revenue and growth opportunities for Alliance and our clients and partners.

Ray’s promotions directly result from his extraordinary work ethic and drive for perfection. He is an example for others looking to grow within the Alliance family. In 2023, Ray was promoted once again to Senior Vice President, where he continues to oversee all janitorial operations and expanding his involvement in corporate initiatives throughout all departments.

Ray graduated from Binghamton University, School of Management, with a BS in Business Management.
