Jimmy McKiernan

James McKiernan serves as Executive Vice President at Alliance Building Services. Mr. McKiernan leads a key team of professionals for the company. He is directly responsible for sales, operations, and client interaction for a portfolio of properties. James is a homegrown executive whose strong operational experience and hands-on knowledge play a key role in shaping the company.

Mr. McKiernan's responsibilities include overseeing labor relations, dealing directly with New York City and all outer-borough labor unions as well as managing the department's daily procedures. Since joining the company as a maintenance worker in 2000, he has held various positions within the Operations Department, rising through the ranks based on his dedication and expertise.
