Vice President, Operations Administration

Curda is the Vice President of Administration, responsible for streamlining processes and creating systems to ensure the accurate transfer of data and information. She began her tenure with Alliance in 2000 as an Operations Administrator, handling union labor payroll and dispatching functions. Her attention to detail and relentless work ethic has earned her several well-earned promotions.

With 25 years of experience in Operations Administration, Management, and Customer Service, Curda has the knowledge and ability to create, implement and streamline internal administrative policies to ensure compliance and maximum productivity. Her strong work ethic and passion are well-known and respected throughout the company. Besides her tenure at Alliance, Curda has held various management positions, including a management role for a national horticulture company with corporate offices in Houston, Texas, where she played a significant role in successfully forming a new centralized National Customer Care Team, with call volume averaging over 15,000 calls monthly. She was a lead project team member responsible for establishing specifications for implementing the Cisco IPCC Call Center Express program to manage call center volume. She created the call flow and phone scripts and defined and implemented new centralized processes, in addition to the hiring and training of Call Center Representatives. Curda's firm belief that employees are the greatest asset of any successful organization drives her leadership style.
